People who regularly use e-scooters on Nottingham’s pavements could be forced to complete ‘rider education’ as operators use data to track those doing so. Although it is illegal to use private e-scooters on public roads, Nottingham’s e-scooter trial sees operator Superpedestrian providing the vehicles from locations including the city’s train station.
