Israeli cybersecurity solutions company HUB Security (TASE: HUB) announced this morning that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to merge with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp., which is traded on Nasdaq.
